The Retro Single Fin Surfboard is a throwback to a shape that has had some resurgence but in todays materials. Paddle power and performance go hand in hand to this nod back to earlier shapes in surfing history.
Using a fuller outline similar to the Hypro the single fin has a lower entry rocker with a medium tail rocker, medium rails with paddle power upfront and more of a defined rail meeting towards the back of its pin tail. The channels supply hold and incredible speed on decent waves and allow you to create defined high-line soul arc turns as well as being able to generate speed through flatter sections. The image here is in resin tint and gloss as all models are customisable. This board is a modern performance machine, designed for those that like a bit of style, we often refer to it as the ‘Hypin’, the retro single fin is available from 6’6 to 7’6.
